Refund Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Right of withdrawal function

In accordance with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59), as a consumer you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

To make it easier for you to exercise your right of withdrawal, we offer a digital cancellation function. You can find it in the footer of our website as well as on our return policy page.

Through the cancellation function, you can submit a request to exercise your right of withdrawal directly on our website, without needing to contact us by phone or email. Once you have confirmed your request, we will automatically send you a confirmation of receipt to your email address. We will send you an email when the review is complete.

The withdrawal period is 14 days starting from the day you received the item.
